Description: The first gig of 2009 after a break writing new songs over Christmas. It wasn't all that bad considering. Since Matt and Charlie couldn't make it, the guitarist thought on their feet and decided to an acoustic gig rather than rescheduling. They decided to do balladic renditions of their songs. Quadrat in the Tree and Last Star in the Sky were put back into this set list and the Blak Tornado song Times Have Change was put in, replacing My Country; Attack of the Killer Tomato (Or should that be Acoustic of the Killer Tomato) was also placed as an outro for Last Star and yet again, Rowan but his comical Goth-rock vocals in there. Made it more amusing! This was the first outing for Rowan's Green acoustic and Jimmi's 'Bluey' acoustic. Because The Millers arms was such a small venue, compared to the Duke of Wellington, it was a very intimate gig and was a nice atmophere. It was unfortunate it wasn't a 4-piece but due to the circumstances, a good night none-the-less and the audience seemed to like what they were hearing. Playing alonside Last Black Rose, The Dark Mantra and Mega Priest (Who played a song called Bernard).
What the band thought: Jimmi says: Very different to the full band experience, but not the same. Still...wasn't bad
